🧑🏫 Key Responsibilities
Teach Civics / Political Science to senior secondary classes as per the prescribed curriculum
Prepare lesson plans, assignments, and examination papers
Explain concepts related to Indian Constitution, Political Systems, Governance, and Public Administration
Conduct regular assessments and evaluate student performance
Encourage discussions on civic awareness, democracy, and current political issues
Maintain discipline and create a positive classroom environment
Follow school policies, schedules, and academic guidelines
Coordinate with school staff, management, and parents when required
Participate in school meetings, activities, and events
📚 Subject-Specific Skills (Civics / Political Science)
Strong knowledge of Indian Constitution, Political Theory, and Democratic Institutions
Ability to explain government systems, rights & duties, and public policies clearly
Skill in developing critical thinking and debate-based learning among students
Familiarity with board exam patterns and answer-writing techniques
Ability to connect current affairs and political developments with classroom teaching
✅ Requirements
Punctual, responsible, and professional in approach
Good communication skills in English / Hindi / Both
Strong classroom management and teaching ability
Willingness to learn and adapt to school processes
Ready to attend interview, demo class, and probation period
🎓 Qualification & Experience
Minimum Qualification: Master’s Degree
Professional Qualification:B.Ed
Experience: Minimum 5 years
💰 Salary & Benefits
Salary: ₹30,000 – ₹47,000 per month (based on qualification and experience)
