Key Responsibilities
Manage and supervise the daily operation of school transport services
Coordinate bus routes, timings, and student pick-up/drop schedules
Ensure safety, discipline, and proper conduct in school buses
Maintain transport records, driver details, and vehicle documentation
Monitor vehicle maintenance, servicing schedules, and fuel records
Coordinate with drivers, attendants, school staff, and parents regarding transport matters
Handle transport-related complaints and resolve issues promptly
Follow school policies, transport guidelines, and safety regulations
Participate in school meetings and administrative coordination when required
Role-Specific Skills (Transport Management)
Knowledge of school transport operations and route management
Ability to coordinate with drivers, staff, and parents efficiently
Basic understanding of vehicle documentation, permits, and safety compliance
Good record-keeping and organizational skills
Ability to manage transport schedules and emergency situations
Requirements
Punctual, responsible, and professional in approach
Good communication skills in English / Hindi / Both
Strong coordination and supervision abilities
Willingness to learn and adapt to school processes
Ready to attend interview and probation period
Qualification & Experience
Minimum Qualification: Bachelor’s Degree
Professional Qualification: Not Mandatory
Experience: Minimum 5 years
Salary & Benefits
Salary: ₹15,000 – ₹25,000 per month (based on qualification and experience)
