Job Opportunity: Activity Teacher at NOVEL CREATIVE ACADEMY

NOVEL CREATIVE ACADEMY is looking to hire a passionate and dedicated Activity Teacher for our school located in Senduari Basdeo urf Chapta, Fatehabad, Bihar 844125. The selected candidate will play an important role in engaging students through creative and co-curricular activities while supporting the smooth functioning of the school.

Key Responsibilities

Plan and conduct engaging activity-based sessions (Art & Craft, Games, Music, Dance, or other creative activities)

Develop students’ creativity, teamwork, and communication skills

Perform duties related to the assigned role as per school requirements

Follow school policies, schedules, and guidelines

Maintain discipline, professionalism, and a positive learning environment

Complete assigned tasks accurately and on time

Coordinate with school staff, management, and parents (if required)

Participate in school activities, meetings, and events

Subject-Specific Skills Required

Art & Craft skills (drawing, painting, DIY activities)

Basic Music/Dance or Performing Arts skills

Creative thinking and ability to design engaging activities

Classroom engagement and student interaction skills

Requirements

Punctual, responsible, and professional in approach

Good communication skills in English and/or Hindi

Willingness to learn and adapt to school processes

Ready to attend interview, demo (if applicable),and probation period

Qualification & Experience

Minimum Qualification: Bachelor’s Degree

Professional Qualification (if applicable): ---

Experience: Minimum 2 years

Salary & Benefits

Salary: ₹15,000 – ₹25,000 per month (based on qualification and experience)
