ST. JOHNS ACADEMY is looking to hire a dynamic and versatile Activity Teacher (Sports, Swimming, Music) for our school located in Basmati Nagar, Keshopur, Bihar 844113. The selected candidate will play a vital role in promoting physical fitness, creativity, and overall student development while supporting the smooth functioning of the school.

Key Responsibilities

Plan and conduct sessions in Sports, Swimming, and Music activities

Train students in physical fitness, games, and basic sports techniques

Supervise and ensure safety during swimming sessions (if applicable)

Teach basic music skills, rhythm, and group performances

Encourage student participation in co-curricular and inter-school activities

Perform duties related to the assigned role as per school requirements

Follow school policies, schedules, and guidelines

Maintain discipline, professionalism, and a positive learning environment

Complete assigned tasks accurately and on time

Coordinate with school staff, management, and parents (if required)

Participate in school activities, meetings, and events

Subject-Specific Skills Required

Sports training skills (games, fitness, physical education techniques)

Swimming knowledge and student safety supervision skills

Basic Music skills (vocal/instrumental, rhythm, coordination)

Ability to manage multiple activities and engage students effectively

Strong leadership and teamwork skills

Requirements

Punctual, responsible, and professional in approach

Good communication skills in English and/or Hindi

Willingness to learn and adapt to school processes

Ready to attend interview, demo (if applicable),and probation period

Qualification & Experience

Minimum Qualification: Bachelor’s Degree

Professional Qualification (if applicable): B.P.Ed / M.P.Ed

Experience: Minimum 5 years

Salary & Benefits

Salary: ₹20,000 – ₹35,000 per month (based on qualification and experience)
