PRT ENGLSIH TEACHER

Job Opportunity: PRT English Teacher at SHIKSHA NIKETAN

SHIKSHA NIKETAN is looking to hire a qualified and dedicated PRT English Teacher for our school located in Dighikala West, Bihar 844101. The selected candidate will be responsible for building strong language foundations in primary students while supporting the smooth functioning of the school.

Key Responsibilities

Teach English to primary classes (PRT level)

Develop reading, writing, speaking, and listening skills in students

Prepare lesson plans, worksheets, and assessments

Encourage creativity through storytelling, phonics, and interactive activities

Monitor student progress and provide individual attention

Perform duties related to the assigned role as per school requirements

Follow school policies, schedules, and guidelines

Maintain discipline, professionalism, and a positive learning environment

Complete assigned tasks accurately and on time

Coordinate with school staff, management, and parents (if required)

Participate in school activities, meetings, and events

Subject-Specific Skills Required

Strong command of English language and grammar

Phonics and early language development teaching skills

Classroom engagement and activity-based teaching methods

Lesson planning and student assessment skills

Communication and storytelling abilities

Requirements

Punctual, responsible, and professional in approach

Good communication skills in English and/or Hindi

Willingness to learn and adapt to school processes

Ready to attend interview, demo (if applicable),and probation period

Qualification & Experience

Minimum Qualification: Bachelor’s Degree

Professional Qualification (if applicable): D.El.Ed

Experience: Minimum 5 years

Salary & Benefits

Salary: ₹18,000 – ₹30,000 per month (based on qualification and experience)
