Job Opportunity: Accountant, Clerk & Receptionist at LAKSHYA INTERNATIONAL ACADEMY

LAKSHYA INTERNATIONAL ACADEMY is looking to hire responsible and efficient staff for the roles of Accountant, Clerk, and Receptionist at our school located in Bardiha Turki, Bihar 843119. The selected candidates will play an important role in administrative and financial operations while supporting the smooth functioning of the school.

Key Responsibilities

Perform duties related to the assigned role (Accounts, Clerical, or Front Desk) as per school requirements

Maintain records, documents, and data accurately

Handle basic accounting tasks such as fee records, billing, and expense tracking (for Accountant role)

Manage office files, documentation, and administrative work (for Clerk role)

Attend calls, manage front desk, and interact with visitors/parents (for Receptionist role)

Follow school policies, schedules, and guidelines

Maintain discipline, professionalism, and a positive work environment

Complete assigned tasks accurately and on time

Coordinate with school staff, management, and parents (if required)

Participate in school activities, meetings, and events

Subject-Specific Skills Required

Basic accounting and bookkeeping skills (for Accountant)

Computer proficiency (MS Office, data entry, record management)

Communication and front office management skills (for Receptionist)

Organizational and documentation skills

Multitasking and time management abilities

Requirements

Punctual, responsible, and professional in approach

Good communication skills in English and/or Hindi

Willingness to learn and adapt to school processes

Ready to attend interview, demo (if applicable),and probation period

Qualification & Experience

Minimum Qualification: Bachelor’s Degree

Professional Qualification (if applicable): ---

Experience: Minimum 5 years

Salary & Benefits

Salary: ₹15,000 – ₹27,000 per month (based on qualification and experience)
