Job Opportunity: NTT – Nursery Trained Teacher at LAKSHYA INTERNATIONAL ACADEMY

LAKSHYA INTERNATIONAL ACADEMY is looking to hire a caring and creative NTT – Nursery Trained Teacher for our school located in Bardiha Turki, Bihar 843119. The selected candidate will play a vital role in nurturing young learners and building a strong foundation for early childhood education while supporting the smooth functioning of the school.

Key Responsibilities

Teach and manage nursery/pre-primary classes (NTT level)

Develop age-appropriate lesson plans and activity-based learning sessions

Focus on early childhood development including motor skills, communication, and social behavior

Use creative methods such as storytelling, rhymes, and play-based learning

Monitor student progress and provide individual attention

Perform duties related to the assigned role as per school requirements

Follow school policies, schedules, and guidelines

Maintain discipline, professionalism, and a positive and caring environment

Complete assigned tasks accurately and on time

Coordinate with school staff, management, and parents (if required)

Participate in school activities, meetings, and events

Subject-Specific Skills Required

Early childhood education and nursery teaching skills

Activity-based and play-way teaching methods

Creativity in storytelling, rhymes, and classroom engagement

Classroom management for young learners

Patience, empathy, and child-handling skills

Requirements

Punctual, responsible, and professional in approach

Good communication skills in English and/or Hindi

Willingness to learn and adapt to school processes

Ready to attend interview, demo (if applicable),and probation period

Qualification & Experience

Minimum Qualification: Bachelor’s Degree

Professional Qualification (if applicable): D.El.Ed

Experience: Minimum 3 years

Salary & Benefits

Salary: ₹15,000 – ₹25,000 per month (based on qualification and experience)
