Job Opportunity: English Language Teacher at GYAN BHARTI RESIDENTIAL COMPLEX

GYAN BHARTI RESIDENTIAL COMPLEX is looking to hire a skilled and dedicated English Language Teacher for our school located in Bodh Gaya, Bihar 824231. The selected candidate will be responsible for enhancing students’ language proficiency while supporting the smooth functioning of the school.

Key Responsibilities

Teach English language skills including reading, writing, speaking, and listening

Develop lesson plans, worksheets, and assessments as per curriculum

Improve students’ grammar, vocabulary, and communication skills

Encourage interactive learning through activities, discussions, and presentations

Monitor student progress and provide academic support

Perform duties related to the assigned role as per school requirements

Follow school policies, schedules, and guidelines

Maintain discipline, professionalism, and a positive learning environment

Complete assigned tasks accurately and on time

Coordinate with school staff, management, and parents (if required)

Participate in school activities, meetings, and events

Subject-Specific Skills Required

Strong command of English language and grammar

Communication and spoken English training skills

Lesson planning and classroom management skills

Ability to engage students through interactive teaching methods

Student assessment and progress tracking skills

Requirements

Punctual, responsible, and professional in approach

Good communication skills in English and/or Hindi

Willingness to learn and adapt to school processes

Ready to attend interview, demo (if applicable),and probation period

Qualification & Experience

Minimum Qualification: Bachelor’s Degree

Professional Qualification (if applicable): D.El.Ed / B.Ed

Experience: Minimum 3 years

Salary & Benefits

Salary: ₹20,000 – ₹35,000 per month (based on qualification and experience)
