Job Opportunity: Curriculum Developer at GYAN BHARTI RESIDENTIAL COMPLEX

GYAN BHARTI RESIDENTIAL COMPLEX is looking to hire a knowledgeable and innovative Curriculum Developer for our school located in Bodh Gaya, Bihar 824231. The selected candidate will be responsible for designing and improving academic content and ensuring effective curriculum implementation while supporting the smooth functioning of the school.

Key Responsibilities

Design and develop curriculum, lesson plans, and academic content

Align curriculum with educational standards and learning objectives

Create worksheets, assessments, and teaching resources

Support teachers in implementing curriculum effectively

Review and update academic materials regularly

Perform duties related to the assigned role as per school requirements

Follow school policies, schedules, and guidelines

Maintain discipline, professionalism, and a positive work environment

Complete assigned tasks accurately and on time

Coordinate with school staff, management, and parents (if required)

Participate in school activities, meetings, and events

Subject-Specific Skills Required

Curriculum planning and academic content development skills

Strong understanding of pedagogy and teaching methodologies

Content writing and instructional design skills

Assessment and evaluation design skills

Teacher training and academic coordination abilities

Requirements

Punctual, responsible, and professional in approach

Good communication skills in English and/or Hindi

Willingness to learn and adapt to school processes

Ready to attend interview, demo (if applicable),and probation period

Qualification & Experience

Minimum Qualification: Bachelor’s Degree

Professional Qualification (if applicable): B.Ed

Experience: Minimum 5 years

Salary & Benefits

Salary: ₹28,000 – ₹40,000 per month (based on qualification and experience)
