Job Opportunity: Librarian Teacher at GYAN BHARTI PUBLIC SCHOOL

GYAN BHARTI PUBLIC SCHOOL is looking to hire a knowledgeable and organized Librarian Teacher for our school located in Chand Chaura, Gaya, Bihar 823001. The selected candidate will be responsible for managing the school library and promoting reading habits among students while supporting the smooth functioning of the school.

Key Responsibilities

Manage and maintain the school library, books, and records

Issue and track books, journals, and study materials

Encourage reading habits and organize library activities

Assist students in selecting appropriate learning resources

Maintain discipline and a quiet, organized library environment

Perform duties related to the assigned role as per school requirements

Follow school policies, schedules, and guidelines

Complete assigned tasks accurately and on time

Coordinate with school staff, management, and parents (if required)

Participate in school activities, meetings, and events

Subject-Specific Skills Required

Library management and cataloging skills

Basic knowledge of books, journals, and educational resources

Record-keeping and organizational skills

Communication and student assistance skills

Computer proficiency for library systems and data management

Requirements

Punctual, responsible, and professional in approach

Good communication skills in English and/or Hindi

Willingness to learn and adapt to school processes

Ready to attend interview, demo (if applicable),and probation period

Qualification & Experience

Minimum Qualification: Bachelor’s Degree

Professional Qualification (if applicable): ---

Experience: Minimum 3 years

Salary & Benefits

Salary: ₹18,000 – ₹30,000 per month (based on qualification and experience)
