Job Opportunity: PTI (Physical Training Instructor) at SECONDARY DELHI PUBLIC SCHOOL

SECONDARY DELHI PUBLIC SCHOOL is looking to hire a dedicated and energetic PTI (Physical Training Instructor) for our school located in A P Colony, Gaya, Bihar 823001. The selected candidate will be responsible for promoting physical fitness, discipline, and sportsmanship among students while supporting the smooth functioning of the school.

Key Responsibilities

Conduct physical training and sports activities for students

Develop fitness routines and organize games and sports events

Train students in various indoor and outdoor sports

Ensure discipline and safety during physical activities

Encourage participation in inter-school competitions

Perform duties related to the assigned role as per school requirements

Follow school policies, schedules, and guidelines

Maintain discipline, professionalism, and a positive environment

Complete assigned tasks accurately and on time

Coordinate with school staff, management, and parents (if required)

Participate in school activities, meetings, and events

Subject-Specific Skills Required

Physical training and sports coaching skills

Knowledge of fitness techniques and exercise routines

Ability to organize sports events and competitions

Student engagement and motivation skills

Leadership and teamwork abilities

Requirements

Punctual, responsible, and professional in approach

Good communication skills in English and/or Hindi

Willingness to learn and adapt to school processes

Ready to attend interview, demo (if applicable),and probation period

Qualification & Experience

Minimum Qualification: Bachelor’s Degree

Professional Qualification (if applicable): B.P.Ed / M.P.Ed

Experience: Minimum 5 years

Salary & Benefits

Salary: ₹20,000 – ₹34,000 per month (based on qualification and experience)
