SECONDARY DELHI PUBLIC SCHOOL is looking to hire an experienced and organized Academic Co-ordinator for our school located in A P Colony, Gaya, Bihar 823001. The selected candidate will play a key role in managing academic planning, ensuring curriculum implementation, and supporting the overall smooth functioning of the school.
Plan, coordinate, and monitor academic activities across classes
Ensure effective implementation of curriculum and teaching strategies
Support and guide teachers in lesson planning and classroom delivery
Monitor student performance and implement improvement strategies
Organize academic schedules, assessments, and evaluations
Coordinate with school staff, management, and parents
Maintain academic records and reports
Follow school policies, schedules, and guidelines
Maintain discipline, professionalism, and a positive work environment
Participate in school activities, meetings, and events
Perform duties related to the assigned role as per school requirements
Academic planning and curriculum coordination skills
Strong understanding of pedagogy and teaching methodologies
Teacher supervision and mentoring abilities
