DAV PUBLIC SCHOOL is looking to hire a creative and enthusiastic Art & Crafts Teacher for our school located in Gaya - Sherghati Rd, Cherki, Bihar 823311. The selected candidate will be responsible for developing students’ artistic skills and creativity while supporting the smooth functioning of the school.

Key Responsibilities

Teach Art & Craft to students through engaging and creative activities

Conduct sessions in drawing, painting, sketching, and DIY crafts

Encourage creativity, imagination, and artistic expression among students

Prepare students for school exhibitions, competitions, and events

Perform duties related to the assigned role as per school requirements

Follow school policies, schedules, and guidelines

Maintain discipline, professionalism, and a positive learning environment

Complete assigned tasks accurately and on time

Coordinate with school staff, management, and parents (if required)

Participate in school activities, meetings, and events

Subject-Specific Skills Required

Strong Art & Craft skills (drawing, painting, paper craft, DIY projects)

Knowledge of different art techniques and materials

Creativity and ability to design engaging classroom activities

Classroom management and student engagement skills

Requirements

Punctual, responsible, and professional in approach

Good communication skills in English and/or Hindi

Willingness to learn and adapt to school processes

Ready to attend interview, demo (if applicable),and probation period

Qualification & Experience

Minimum Qualification: Bachelor’s Degree

Professional Qualification (if applicable): ---

Experience: Minimum 3 years

Salary & Benefits

Salary: ₹14,000 – ₹22,000 per month (based on qualification and experience)
