Job Opportunity: Academic Coordinator at DAV PUBLIC SCHOOL

DAV PUBLIC SCHOOL is looking to hire an experienced and organized Academic Coordinator for our school located in NH85, Thawe, Bihar 841440. The selected candidate will play a key role in managing academic planning, ensuring curriculum implementation, and supporting the smooth functioning of the school.

Key Responsibilities

Plan, coordinate, and monitor academic activities across classes

Ensure effective implementation of curriculum and teaching strategies

Support and guide teachers in lesson planning and classroom delivery

Monitor student performance and implement improvement strategies

Organize academic schedules, assessments, and evaluations

Maintain academic records and reports

Coordinate with school staff, management, and parents

Follow school policies, schedules, and guidelines

Maintain discipline, professionalism, and a positive work environment

Participate in school activities, meetings, and events

Perform duties related to the assigned role as per school requirements

Subject-Specific Skills Required

Academic planning and curriculum coordination skills

Strong understanding of pedagogy and teaching methodologies

Teacher supervision and mentoring abilities

Data analysis and student performance tracking skills

Organizational and leadership skills

Requirements

Punctual, responsible, and professional in approach

Strong communication skills in English and/or Hindi

Leadership and problem-solving abilities

Willingness to learn and adapt to school processes

Ready to attend interview, demo (if applicable),and probation period

Qualification & Experience

Minimum Qualification: Master’s Degree

Professional Qualification (if applicable): B.Ed / M.Ed

Experience: Minimum 5 years

Salary & Benefits

Salary: ₹28,000 – ₹40,000 per month (based on qualification and experience)
