Job Opportunity: TGT Hindi Teacher at ARYA PUBLIC SCHOOL

ARYA PUBLIC SCHOOL is looking to hire a qualified and dedicated TGT Hindi Teacher for our school located in Sirhari, Islampur, Bihar 801303. The selected candidate will be responsible for delivering quality Hindi education while supporting the smooth functioning of the school.

Key Responsibilities

Teach Hindi to middle and secondary classes (TGT level)

Prepare lesson plans, assignments, and assessments as per curriculum

Develop students’ reading, writing, grammar, and literature skills

Conduct regular tests and monitor student progress

Encourage language development and effective communication

Perform duties related to the assigned role as per school requirements

Follow school policies, schedules, and guidelines

Maintain discipline, professionalism, and a positive learning environment

Complete assigned tasks accurately and on time

Coordinate with school staff, management, and parents (if required)

Participate in school activities, meetings, and events

Subject-Specific Skills Required

Strong subject knowledge in Hindi language and literature

Grammar teaching and writing skill development

Lesson planning and classroom management skills

Student engagement and communication skills

Ability to prepare students for exams and assessments

Requirements

Punctual, responsible, and professional in approach

Good communication skills in English and/or Hindi

Willingness to learn and adapt to school processes

Ready to attend interview, demo (if applicable),and probation period

Qualification & Experience

Minimum Qualification: Bachelor’s Degree

Professional Qualification (if applicable): B.Ed

Experience: Minimum 5 years

Salary & Benefits

Salary: ₹25,000 – ₹37,000 per month (based on qualification and experience)
