Job Opportunity: NTT - Nursery Trained Teacher at RM PUBLIC SCHOOL

RM PUBLIC SCHOOL is looking to hire a caring and dedicated NTT (Nursery Trained Teacher) for our school located in Bishambharpur, Kamanpura, Bihar 841232. The selected candidate will be responsible for nurturing young learners and supporting their early childhood development while ensuring the smooth functioning of the school.

Key Responsibilities

Teach and care for nursery and pre-primary students

Develop age-appropriate lesson plans and activity-based learning methods

Focus on basic skills such as reading readiness, writing, and numbers

Organize play-based learning, storytelling, and creative activities

Monitor student progress and maintain records

Ensure a safe, engaging, and child-friendly classroom environment

Perform duties related to the assigned role as per school requirements

Follow school policies, schedules, and guidelines

Maintain discipline, professionalism, and a positive environment

Coordinate with school staff, management, and parents (if required)

Participate in school activities, meetings, and events

Subject-Specific Skills Required

Early childhood education and classroom management skills

Activity-based and play-way teaching methods

Creativity in storytelling, rhymes, and engagement activities

Patience and child-handling abilities

Communication and nurturing skills

Requirements

Punctual, responsible, and professional in approach

Good communication skills in English and/or Hindi

Ability to handle young children with care and patience

Willingness to learn and adapt to school processes

Ready to attend interview, demo (if applicable),and probation period

Qualification & Experience

Minimum Qualification: Bachelor’s Degree

Professional Qualification (if applicable): D.El.Ed

Experience: Minimum 5 years

Salary & Benefits

Salary: ₹15,000 – ₹25,000 per month (based on qualification and experience)
