SANSKAR PUBLIC ACADEMY is looking to hire a qualified and dedicated Mathematics & Physics Teacher for our school located in Bijaipur, Bihar 841508. The selected candidate will be responsible for teaching both subjects effectively while supporting the smooth functioning of the school.

Key Responsibilities

Teach Mathematics and Physics to assigned classes

Prepare lesson plans, assignments, and assessments as per curriculum

Explain concepts clearly and build strong fundamentals

Conduct regular tests and monitor student progress

Provide academic guidance and support to students

Perform duties related to the assigned role as per school requirements

Follow school policies, schedules, and guidelines

Maintain discipline, professionalism, and a positive learning environment

Complete assigned tasks accurately and on time

Coordinate with school staff, management, and parents (if required)

Participate in school activities, meetings, and events

Subject-Specific Skills Required

Strong subject knowledge in Mathematics and Physics

Problem-solving and analytical teaching skills

Ability to simplify complex concepts for students

Lesson planning and classroom management skills

Student mentoring and exam preparation guidance

Requirements

Punctual, responsible, and professional in approach

Good communication skills in English and/or Hindi

Ability to handle both subjects effectively

Willingness to learn and adapt to school processes

Ready to attend interview, demo (if applicable),and probation period

Qualification & Experience

Minimum Qualification: Bachelor’s Degree

Professional Qualification (if applicable): B.Ed

Experience: Minimum 5 years

Salary & Benefits

Salary: ₹25,000 – ₹40,000 per month (based on qualification and experience)
