Job Opportunity: Integrated Curriculum Developer at SARDONYX SCHOOL

SARDONYX SCHOOL is looking to hire an experienced and innovative Integrated Curriculum Developer for our school located in Sohjana, Jhajha, Bihar 811308. The selected candidate will be responsible for designing and implementing a well-structured, interdisciplinary curriculum while supporting the smooth functioning of the school.

Key Responsibilities

Design and develop integrated curriculum across subjects and grade levels

Align curriculum with educational standards and learning outcomes

Create lesson plans, teaching materials, and assessment frameworks

Support teachers in implementing innovative and activity-based teaching methods

Monitor curriculum effectiveness and suggest improvements

Train and guide teachers on curriculum delivery and pedagogy

Perform duties related to the assigned role as per school requirements

Follow school policies, schedules, and guidelines

Maintain discipline, professionalism, and a positive work environment

Coordinate with school staff, management, and parents (if required)

Participate in school activities, meetings, and events

Subject-Specific Skills Required

Curriculum design and academic planning expertise

Strong understanding of interdisciplinary and integrated teaching methods

Knowledge of modern pedagogy and learning frameworks

Teacher training and mentoring skills

Analytical and organizational abilities

Requirements

Punctual, responsible, and professional in approach

Strong communication skills in English and/or Hindi

Creative and innovative thinking in curriculum development

Willingness to learn and adapt to school processes

Ready to attend interview, demo (if applicable),and probation period

Qualification & Experience

Minimum Qualification: Master’s Degree

Professional Qualification (if applicable): B.Ed

Experience: Minimum 10 years

Salary & Benefits

Salary: ₹30,000 – ₹45,000 per month (based on qualification and experience)
