KAINAT INTERNATIONAL SCHOOL is looking to hire qualified and dedicated PRT Teachers for English, Maths, EVS, Science, and SST for our school located in Kanhauli, Jhanjharpur, Bihar 847404. The selected candidates will be responsible for delivering quality education at the primary level and supporting the smooth functioning of the school.

Key Responsibilities

Teach assigned subjects to primary classes effectively

Develop lesson plans, worksheets, and assessment methods

Create an engaging and student-friendly classroom environment

Monitor student progress and provide feedback

Encourage participation, creativity, and conceptual understanding

Perform duties related to the assigned role as per school requirements

Follow school policies, schedules, and guidelines

Maintain discipline, professionalism, and a positive environment

Complete assigned tasks accurately and on time

Coordinate with school staff, management, and parents (if required)

Participate in school activities, meetings, and events

Subject-Specific Skills Required

Strong subject knowledge in English, Maths, EVS, Science, and SST

Ability to teach primary-level students with clarity and patience

Skills in lesson planning and activity-based teaching

Classroom management and student engagement abilities

Communication and evaluation skills

Requirements

Punctual, responsible, and professional in approach

Good communication skills in English and/or Hindi

Passion for teaching primary classes

Willingness to learn and adapt to school processes

Ready to attend interview, demo (if applicable),and probation period

Qualification & Experience

Minimum Qualification: Bachelor’s Degree

Professional Qualification (if applicable): D.El.Ed

Experience: Minimum 3 years

Salary & Benefits

Salary: ₹18,000 – ₹30,000 per month (based on qualification and experience)
