Job Opportunity: TGT All Subject Teacher at HIMALAYAN RESIDENTIAL SCHOOL

HIMALAYAN RESIDENTIAL SCHOOL is looking to hire a qualified and dedicated TGT All Subject Teacher for our school located in Arwal Sahar Rd, Umairabad, Bihar. The selected candidate will be responsible for teaching multiple subjects at the middle school level and supporting the smooth functioning of the school.

Key Responsibilities

Teach all assigned subjects effectively at TGT level

Develop lesson plans, worksheets, and assessment strategies

Create an engaging and student-friendly classroom environment

Monitor student progress and provide regular feedback

Encourage critical thinking, participation, and conceptual learning

Perform duties related to the assigned role as per school requirements

Follow school policies, schedules, and guidelines

Maintain discipline, professionalism, and a positive classroom environment

Complete assigned tasks accurately and on time

Coordinate with school staff, management, and parents (if required)

Participate in school activities, meetings, and events

Subject-Specific Skills Required

Strong knowledge across multiple subjects (Maths, Science, English, SST, etc.)

Ability to teach middle school students effectively

Skills in lesson planning and activity-based teaching

Classroom management and student engagement abilities

Communication and evaluation skills

Requirements

Punctual, responsible, and professional in approach

Good communication skills in English and/or Hindi

Ability to handle multi-subject teaching responsibilities

Willingness to learn and adapt to school processes

Ready to attend interview, demo (if applicable),and probation period

Qualification & Experience

Minimum Qualification: Bachelor’s Degree

Professional Qualification (if applicable): B.Ed

Experience: Minimum 5 years

Salary & Benefits

Salary: ₹25,000 – ₹45,000 per month (based on qualification and experience)
