Job Opportunity: English Language Teacher at SHANTIKUNJ PUBLIC SCHOOL

SHANTIKUNJ PUBLIC SCHOOL is looking to hire a skilled and passionate English Language Teacher for our school located in 6X3P+JGX, Jehanabad, Bihar 804408. The selected candidate will be responsible for enhancing students’ language proficiency and supporting the smooth functioning of the school.

Key Responsibilities

Teach English language (grammar, literature, reading, and writing skills)

Develop lesson plans, worksheets, and assessment strategies

Improve students’ speaking, listening, and comprehension skills

Conduct interactive sessions, activities, and language exercises

Encourage creativity in writing and communication

Monitor student progress and provide constructive feedback

Perform duties related to the assigned role as per school requirements

Follow school policies, schedules, and guidelines

Maintain discipline, professionalism, and a positive classroom environment

Complete assigned tasks accurately and on time

Coordinate with school staff, management, and parents (if required)

Participate in school activities, meetings, and events

Subject-Specific Skills Required

Strong command of English grammar and literature

Excellent communication and language teaching skills

Ability to develop reading, writing, and speaking skills in students

Creativity in teaching methods and classroom engagement

Classroom management and evaluation skills

Requirements

Punctual, responsible, and professional in approach

Good communication skills in English and/or Hindi

Passion for teaching English language

Willingness to learn and adapt to school processes

Ready to attend interview, demo (if applicable),and probation period

Qualification & Experience

Minimum Qualification: Bachelor’s Degree

Professional Qualification (if applicable): ---

Experience: Minimum 5 years

Salary & Benefits

Salary: ₹20,000 – ₹38,000 per month (based on qualification and experience)
