Job Opportunity: NTT - Nursery Trained Teacher at PRAGYA BHARTI

PRAGYA BHARTI is looking to hire a caring and enthusiastic NTT (Nursery Trained Teacher) for our school located in 6X8Q+PXX, Jehanabad, Bihar 804408. The selected candidate will be responsible for nurturing young learners through play-based and foundational learning while supporting the smooth functioning of the school.

Key Responsibilities

Teach pre-primary students using play-way and activity-based methods

Conduct storytelling, rhymes, games, and interactive sessions

Support children’s early learning, behavior, and development

Create a safe, engaging, and child-friendly classroom environment

Monitor student progress and communicate with parents when required

Perform duties related to the assigned role as per school requirements

Follow school policies, schedules, and guidelines

Maintain discipline, professionalism, and a positive environment

Complete assigned tasks accurately and on time

Coordinate with school staff, management, and parents (if required)

Participate in school activities, meetings, and events

Subject-Specific Skills Required

Early childhood education and play-way teaching skills

Creativity in storytelling, rhymes, and activity planning

Patience and child-handling abilities

Classroom management and nurturing skills

Communication and interaction skills with young learners

Requirements

Punctual, responsible, and professional in approach

Good communication skills in English and/or Hindi

Passion for working with young children

Willingness to learn and adapt to school processes

Ready to attend interview, demo (if applicable),and probation period

Qualification & Experience

Minimum Qualification: Class 12 (Senior Secondary / Intermediate)

Professional Qualification (if applicable): D.El.Ed

Experience: Freshers can apply

Salary & Benefits

Salary: ₹14,000 – ₹20,000 per month (based on qualification and experience)
