BAL VIDYA MANDIR is looking to hire a TGT – All Subject Teacher for our school in Rajabazar, Jehanabad, Bihar 804408. The selected candidate will be responsible for performing assigned duties efficiently and supporting the smooth functioning of the school.
🧑💼 Key Responsibilities
Teach multiple subjects at the TGT level as per school curriculum
Plan and deliver engaging and effective lessons
Follow school policies, schedules, and academic guidelines
Maintain discipline, professionalism, and a positive classroom environment
Complete assigned tasks accurately and on time
Coordinate with school staff, management, and parents
Participate in school activities, meetings, and events
🎯 Subject-Specific Skills
Strong knowledge across English, Mathematics, Science, and Social Studies
Ability to handle multi-subject teaching at middle school level
Skills in lesson planning, assessment, and classroom management
Use of activity-based and conceptual teaching methods
Basic knowledge of digital teaching tools and smart classroom methods

Punctual, responsible, and professional in approach
Good communication skills in English / Hindi / Both
Willingness to learn and adapt to school processes
Ready to attend interview, demo (if applicable),and probation period
🎓 Qualification & Experience
Minimum Qualification: Bachelor’s Degree
Professional Qualification: B.Ed
Experience: 5 years

Salary: ₹26,000 – ₹40,000 per month (based on qualification and experience)
