RAM PRASAD SINGH ACADEMY is looking to hire a Curriculum Developer for our school in 4J5C+PJH, Bare, Bihar 821109. The selected candidate will be responsible for designing and improving academic content while supporting the smooth functioning of the school.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and develop curriculum, lesson plans, and academic materials
- Align curriculum with educational standards and school objectives
- Review and update existing syllabus and teaching methodologies
- Support teachers with instructional strategies and content planning
- Monitor academic progress and suggest improvements
- Coordinate with school staff, management, and parents when required
- Participate in academic planning meetings, workshops, and school activities
Subject-Specific Skills (Curriculum Development)
- Strong knowledge of curriculum design and lesson planning
- Understanding of pedagogy and modern teaching methodologies
- Ability to create structured academic content and assessments
- Research and analytical skills for content improvement
- Familiarity with CBSE/State Board curriculum frameworks preferred
Requirements
- Punctual, responsible, and professional in approach
- Good communication skills in English / Hindi / Both
- Strong planning and organizational skills
- Willingness to learn and adapt to school processes
- Ready to attend interview, demo (if applicable),and probation period
Qualification & Experience
- Minimum Qualification: Master’s Degree
- Professional Qualification (if applicable): B.Ed
- Experience: 5 years
Salary & Benefits
- Salary: ₹26,000 – ₹38,000 per month (based on qualification and experience)
