R B S PUBLIC SCHOOL KULHARIYA KARAMNASA BIHAR is looking to hire a PGT Physics & English Teacher for our school in Grand Trunk Rd, Kulharia, Bihar 821105. The selected candidate will be responsible for delivering high-quality education in Physics and English while supporting the smooth functioning of the school.
Key Responsibilities
- Teach Physics and English to senior classes with clarity and subject expertise
- Prepare lesson plans and ensure timely completion of syllabus
- Conduct tests, assessments, and evaluate student performance
- Maintain discipline and a positive learning environment
- Provide academic guidance and support to students
- Coordinate with school staff, management, and parents when required
- Participate actively in school activities, meetings, and academic events
Subject-Specific Skills (Physics & English)
- Strong conceptual knowledge of Physics (numericals, practicals, and experiments)
- Ability to simplify complex Physics concepts for students
- Excellent command over English language (grammar, literature, writing skills)
- Skills in developing reading, writing, and communication abilities in students
- Experience in board exam preparation and result-oriented teaching
Requirements
- Punctual, responsible, and professional in approach
- Good communication skills in English / Hindi / Both
- Strong subject knowledge and teaching skills
- Willingness to learn and adapt to school processes
- Ready to attend interview, demo (if applicable),and probation period
Qualification & Experience
- Minimum Qualification: Master’s Degree
- Professional Qualification (if applicable): B.Ed
- Experience: 5 years
Salary & Benefits
- Salary: ₹30,000 – ₹48,000 per month (based on qualification and experience)
