CHILDREN GARDEN SCHOOL – Hiring NTT (NURSERY TRAINED TEACHER)
CHILDREN GARDEN SCHOOL is looking to hire a Nursery Trained Teacher (NTT) for our school in Shankhakunri, Sardaha, Jharkhand 828134. The selected candidate will be responsible for nurturing young learners and supporting the smooth functioning of the school.
Key Responsibilities
- Teach and care for pre-primary/nursery students with patience and creativity
- Plan and conduct engaging classroom activities, rhymes, and play-based learning
- Develop basic skills such as reading, writing, speaking, and social interaction
- Maintain a safe, disciplined, and positive classroom environment
- Monitor and report student progress to parents and management
- Coordinate with school staff and participate in school activities and events
- Complete assigned tasks accurately and on time
Subject-Specific Skills (Pre-Primary Teaching)
- Knowledge of early childhood education and child psychology
- Skills in storytelling, rhymes, and activity-based teaching
- Ability to handle young children with care and patience
- Creativity in designing learning activities and classroom materials
- Basic classroom management and communication skills
Requirements
- Punctual, responsible, and professional in approach
- Good communication skills in English / Hindi / Both
- Friendly, caring, and child-focused attitude
- Willingness to learn and adapt to school processes
- Ready to attend interview, demo (if applicable),and probation period
Qualification & Experience
- Minimum Qualification: Class 12 (Senior Secondary / Intermediate)
- Professional Qualification (if applicable): D.El.Ed
- Experience: 0 years (Freshers can apply)
Salary & Benefits
- Salary: ₹15,000 – ₹22,000 per month (based on qualification and experience)
- Benefits as per school policy
