E.F.A. PUBLIC SCHOOL is looking to hire a PRT All Subject Teacher for our school in Sehuka-Mahuwar Rd, Sahuka, Bihar 821110. The selected candidate will be responsible for delivering quality education across subjects and supporting the smooth functioning of the school.
Key Responsibilities
- Teach all primary-level subjects (English, Maths, EVS, Science, SST) effectively
- Prepare lesson plans and ensure timely completion of syllabus
- Conduct assessments, tests, and evaluate student performance
- Maintain classroom discipline and a positive learning environment
- Provide individual attention to students for overall development
- Coordinate with school staff, management, and parents when required
- Participate actively in school activities, meetings, and events
Subject-Specific Skills (Primary Teaching – All Subjects)
- Strong foundation in English, Mathematics, EVS, Science, and SST
- Ability to explain concepts in a simple and engaging manner
- Skills in activity-based and child-centered teaching methods
- Classroom management and student engagement techniques
- Basic computer knowledge for teaching and record keeping
Requirements
- Punctual, responsible, and professional in approach
- Good communication skills in English / Hindi / Both
- Strong teaching and classroom management skills
- Willingness to learn and adapt to school processes
- Ready to attend interview, demo (if applicable),and probation period
Qualification & Experience
- Minimum Qualification: Bachelor’s Degree
- Professional Qualification (if applicable): D.El.Ed
- Experience: 5 years
Salary & Benefits
- Salary: ₹20,000 – ₹32,000 per month (based on qualification and experience)
