E.F.A. PUBLIC SCHOOL is looking to hire a PGT Science Teacher (All Subjects) for our school in Sehuka-Mahuwar Rd, Sahuka, Bihar 821110. The selected candidate will be responsible for delivering high-quality science education and supporting the smooth functioning of the school.
Key Responsibilities
- Teach Science subjects (Physics, Chemistry, Biology) to senior classes
- Prepare lesson plans and ensure timely completion of syllabus
- Conduct practicals, experiments, and laboratory activities
- Assess student performance through tests and evaluations
- Maintain classroom discipline and a positive learning environment
- Provide academic guidance and mentorship to students
- Coordinate with school staff, management, and parents when required
- Participate actively in school activities, meetings, and academic events
Subject-Specific Skills (Science – All Subjects)
- Strong conceptual knowledge of Physics, Chemistry, and Biology
- Ability to simplify complex scientific concepts for students
- Experience in conducting lab experiments and practical sessions
- Skills in preparing students for board exams and competitive exams
- Analytical and problem-solving teaching approach
Requirements
- Punctual, responsible, and professional in approach
- Good communication skills in English / Hindi / Both
- Strong subject expertise and teaching skills
- Willingness to learn and adapt to school processes
- Ready to attend interview, demo (if applicable),and probation period
Qualification & Experience
- Minimum Qualification: Master’s Degree
- Professional Qualification (if applicable): B.Ed / M.Ed
- Experience: 10 years
Salary & Benefits
- Salary: ₹35,000 – ₹55,000 per month (based on qualification and experience)
