MANGALAM INTERNATIONAL SCHOOL is looking to hire a Female PTI (Physical Training Instructor) for our school in Mohania, Silaundha, Bihar 821109. The selected candidate will be responsible for promoting physical fitness, sports activities, and overall student well-being while supporting the smooth functioning of the school.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct physical training sessions and sports activities for students
- Plan and organize games, drills, and fitness routines
- Prepare students for sports competitions and school events
- Maintain discipline and ensure student safety during activities
- Promote health, fitness, and teamwork among students
- Coordinate with school staff, management, and parents when required
- Participate actively in school events, meetings, and sports programs
Subject-Specific Skills (Physical Education & Sports)
- Knowledge of physical fitness exercises, drills, and training techniques
- Skills in conducting indoor and outdoor sports activities
- Ability to train students for competitions and tournaments
- Understanding of health, nutrition, and student fitness development
- Basic first-aid knowledge and safety management during sports
Requirements
- Punctual, responsible, and professional in approach
- Good communication skills in English / Hindi / Both
- Energetic and enthusiastic personality
- Ability to manage students effectively during physical activities
- Willingness to learn and adapt to school processes
- Ready to attend interview, demo (if applicable),and probation period
Qualification & Experience
- Minimum Qualification: Bachelor’s Degree
- Professional Qualification (if applicable): —
- Experience: 5 years
Salary & Benefits
- Salary: ₹20,000 – ₹35,000 per month (based on qualification and experience)
