KRISHNA CENTRAL SCHOOL is looking to hire an Activity Teacher for our school in Mohania, Bihar 821109. The selected candidate will be responsible for conducting co-curricular activities and supporting the overall development of students while ensuring the smooth functioning of the school.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct various school activities such as Art & Craft, Music, Dance, and other creative sessions
- Plan and organize co-curricular programs, competitions, and events
- Encourage student participation and creativity
- Maintain discipline and a positive environment during activities
- Support overall personality development of students
- Coordinate with school staff, management, and parents when required
- Participate actively in school events, meetings, and programs
Subject-Specific Skills (Activity & Co-Curricular)
- Skills in Art & Craft, Music, Dance, or other creative activities
- Ability to engage students in interactive and creative learning
- Event planning and activity coordination skills
- Creativity, innovation, and classroom engagement techniques
- Basic stage management and performance training skills
Requirements
- Punctual, responsible, and professional in approach
- Good communication skills in English / Hindi / Both
- Creative mindset and enthusiasm for student engagement
- Willingness to learn and adapt to school processes
- Ready to attend interview, demo (if applicable),and probation period
Qualification & Experience
- Minimum Qualification: Bachelor’s Degree
- Professional Qualification (if applicable): —
- Experience: 3 years
Salary & Benefits
- Salary: ₹15,000 – ₹24,000 per month (based on qualification and experience)
