MOUNT LITERA ZEE SCHOOL is looking to hire a PGT Arts Teacher (All Subjects) for our school in Darauli, Bihar 821101. The selected candidate will be responsible for delivering high-quality education in Arts subjects and supporting the smooth functioning of the school.
Key Responsibilities
- Teach Arts subjects such as History, Geography, Political Science, Economics, and Sociology
- Prepare lesson plans and ensure timely completion of syllabus
- Conduct classroom teaching, assessments, and evaluations
- Guide students in academic performance and board exam preparation
- Maintain discipline and create a positive learning environment
- Coordinate with school staff, management, and parents when required
- Participate in school activities, meetings, and academic events
Subject-Specific Skills (Arts – All Subjects)
- Strong conceptual knowledge of History, Geography, Political Science, Economics, and related subjects
- Ability to explain theoretical concepts in a simple and engaging manner
- Skills in critical thinking, analysis, and discussion-based teaching
- Experience in board exam preparation and answer-writing guidance
- Knowledge of current affairs and its integration into teaching
Requirements
- Punctual, responsible, and professional in approach
- Good communication skills in English / Hindi / Both
- Strong subject expertise and teaching skills
- Willingness to learn and adapt to school processes
- Ready to attend interview, demo (if applicable),and probation period
Qualification & Experience
- Minimum Qualification: Master’s Degree
- Professional Qualification (if applicable): B.Ed / M.Ed / STET
- Experience: 5 years
Salary & Benefits
- Salary: ₹40,000 – ₹60,000 per month (based on qualification and experience)
- Benefits as per school policy
