MOUNT LITERA ZEE SCHOOL is looking to hire a PGT Science Teacher (All Subjects) for our school in Darauli, Bihar 821101. The selected candidate will be responsible for delivering high-quality science education and supporting the smooth functioning of the school.
Key Responsibilities
- Teach Science subjects such as Physics, Chemistry, and Biology
- Prepare lesson plans and ensure timely completion of syllabus
- Conduct practicals, experiments, and laboratory sessions
- Assess student performance through tests and evaluations
- Guide students for board exams and competitive exams
- Maintain discipline and a positive learning environment
- Coordinate with school staff, management, and parents when required
- Participate in school activities, meetings, and academic events
Subject-Specific Skills (Science – All Subjects)
- Strong conceptual knowledge of Physics, Chemistry, and Biology
- Ability to explain complex scientific concepts in a simple manner
- Experience in conducting lab experiments and practical sessions
- Skills in analytical thinking and problem-solving
- Ability to prepare students for board exams and competitive exams
Requirements
- Punctual, responsible, and professional in approach
- Good communication skills in English / Hindi / Both
- Strong subject expertise and teaching ability
- Willingness to learn and adapt to school processes
- Ready to attend interview, demo (if applicable),and probation period
Qualification & Experience
- Minimum Qualification: Master’s Degree
- Professional Qualification (if applicable): B.Ed / M.Ed / STET
- Experience: 5 years
Salary & Benefits
- Salary: ₹40,000 – ₹60,000 per month (based on qualification and experience)
- Benefits as per school policy
