Key Responsibilities
- Teach Art & Craft to primary classes in an engaging and creative manner
- Plan and conduct drawing, painting, and craft activities
- Encourage creativity, imagination, and artistic expression among students
- Maintain discipline and a positive classroom environment
- Prepare lesson plans and organize exhibitions or art displays
- Coordinate with school staff, management, and parents when required
- Participate in school activities, events, and competitions
Subject-Specific Skills Required
- Strong skills in drawing, painting, and craft work
- Knowledge of different art techniques and materials
- Ability to guide students in creative projects and hands-on activities
- Classroom management and student engagement skills
- Basic computer skills for planning and presentations (optional but preferred)
Requirements
- Punctual, responsible, and professional in approach
- Good communication skills in English and/or Hindi
- Willingness to learn and adapt to school processes
- Ready to attend interview, demo (if applicable),and probation period
Qualification & Experience
- Minimum Qualification: Bachelor’s Degree
- Experience: Minimum 3 years
Salary & Benefits
- Salary: ₹15,000 – ₹25,000 per month (based on qualification and experience)
