Key Responsibilities
- Teach all subjects to primary classes as per the school curriculum
- Create a caring and supportive classroom environment as a mother teacher
- Plan and deliver engaging lessons across subjects
- Monitor student progress and provide individual attention
- Maintain discipline and encourage positive behavior
- Coordinate with school staff, management, and parents when required
- Participate in school activities, meetings, and events
Subject-Specific Skills Required
- Strong foundational knowledge of primary-level subjects (English, Mathematics, EVS, etc.)
- Ability to handle young learners with patience and care
- Skills in activity-based learning and child-centered teaching methods
- Classroom management and student engagement skills
- Basic computer/IT skills for teaching and reporting
Requirements
- Punctual, responsible, and professional in approach
- Good communication skills in English and/or Hindi
- Willingness to learn and adapt to school processes
- Ready to attend interview, demo (if applicable),and probation period
Qualification & Experience
- Minimum Qualification: Bachelor’s Degree
- Professional Qualification: D.El.Ed (Mandatory)
- Experience: Minimum 3 years
Salary & Benefits
- Salary: ₹15,000 – ₹30,000 per month (based on qualification and experience)
