Key Responsibilities
- Teach Commerce subjects such as Accountancy, Business Studies, and Economics
- Plan and deliver effective lessons as per the prescribed curriculum
- Prepare assignments, tests, and assessments on time
- Monitor student performance and provide academic guidance
- Maintain discipline and a positive classroom environment
- Coordinate with school staff, management, and parents when required
- Participate in school activities, meetings, and academic events
Subject-Specific Skills Required
- Strong subject knowledge in Accountancy, Business Studies, and Economics
- Ability to explain complex financial and business concepts clearly
- Skills in lesson planning, assessment, and exam preparation
- Classroom management and student engagement skills
- Basic computer/IT skills for teaching and reporting
Requirements
- Punctual, responsible, and professional in approach
- Good communication skills in English and/or Hindi
- Willingness to learn and adapt to school processes
- Ready to attend interview, demo (if applicable),and probation period
Qualification & Experience
- Minimum Qualification: Master’s Degree (Commerce or related field)
- Professional Qualification: B.Ed / M.Ed (Mandatory)
- Experience: Minimum 5 years
Salary & Benefits
- Salary: ₹33,000 – ₹55,000 per month (based on qualification and experience)
