P.L. Shiksha Niketan invites applications for the position of PTI (Male & Female) at our campus located in Gogri, Ratan, Bihar (PIN Code: 851203). We are seeking energetic and dedicated professionals to promote physical fitness and sports activities among students.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct physical training sessions, drills, and sports activities
- Develop fitness programs and encourage healthy lifestyle habits
- Organize sports events, competitions, and extracurricular activities
- Maintain discipline and ensure student safety during physical activities
- Follow school policies, schedules, and guidelines
- Coordinate with school staff, management, and parents when required
- Participate in school activities, meetings, and events
Subject-Specific Skills Required
- Strong knowledge of physical education, sports techniques, and fitness training
- Ability to train students in various indoor and outdoor sports
- Skills in organizing sports events and competitions
- Ground management and student supervision skills
- Basic first aid and student safety awareness
- Basic computer/IT skills for reporting and coordination
Requirements
- Punctual, responsible, and professional in approach
- Good communication skills in English and/or Hindi
- Willingness to learn and adapt to school processes
- Ready to attend interview, demo (if applicable),and probation period
Qualification & Experience
- Minimum Qualification: Bachelor’s Degree
- Professional Qualification: B.P.Ed / M.P.Ed (Mandatory)
- Experience: Minimum 5 years
Salary & Benefits
- Salary: ₹18,000 – ₹30,000 per month (based on qualification and experience)
