Key Responsibilities
- Teach and manage nursery/pre-primary classes effectively
- Plan and conduct engaging activities for early childhood learning
- Develop basic skills such as language, numbers, and social behavior
- Maintain discipline and a safe, nurturing classroom environment
- Prepare lesson plans, worksheets, and activity-based learning materials
- Coordinate with school staff, management, and parents when required
- Participate in school activities, meetings, and events
Subject-Specific Skills Required
- Knowledge of early childhood education and teaching methods
- Ability to handle young children with patience and care
- Skills in storytelling, rhymes, and activity-based learning
- Classroom management and student engagement skills
- Basic computer/IT skills for teaching and reporting
Requirements
- Punctual, responsible, and professional in approach
- Good communication skills in English and/or Hindi
- Willingness to learn and adapt to school processes
- Ready to attend interview, demo (if applicable),and probation period
Qualification & Experience
- Minimum Qualification: Bachelor’s Degree
- Professional Qualification: D.El.Ed (Mandatory)

Salary & Benefits
- Salary: ₹14,000 – ₹20,000 per month (based on qualification and experience)
