New Holy Ganges Public School invites applications for the position of PRT Teacher (All Subjects) at our campus located in Kalibari, Khagaria, Bihar (PIN Code: 851204). We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic educator to teach primary classes and support students’ overall academic development.
Key Responsibilities
- Teach all subjects to primary classes as per the school curriculum
- Plan and deliver engaging and effective lessons
- Prepare assignments, worksheets, and assessments on time
- Monitor student performance and provide individual attention
- Maintain discipline and a positive classroom environment
- Follow school policies, schedules, and academic guidelines
- Coordinate with school staff, management, and parents when required
- Participate in school activities, meetings, and events
Subject-Specific Skills Required
- Strong foundational knowledge of primary-level subjects (English, Mathematics, EVS, etc.)
- Ability to explain concepts clearly using activity-based teaching methods
- Classroom management and student engagement skills
- Skills in lesson planning, assessment, and academic evaluation
- Basic computer/IT skills for teaching and reporting
Requirements
- Punctual, responsible, and professional in approach
- Good communication skills in English and/or Hindi
- Willingness to learn and adapt to school processes
- Ready to attend interview, demo (if applicable),and probation period
Qualification & Experience
- Minimum Qualification: Bachelor’s Degree
- Professional Qualification: D.El.Ed (Mandatory)
- Experience: Minimum 5 years
Salary & Benefits
- Salary: ₹18,000 – ₹30,000 per month (based on qualification and experience)
