Key Responsibilities
- Teach Mathematics to middle school classes as per the school curriculum
- Plan and deliver structured and engaging lessons
- Prepare assignments, tests, and assessments on time
- Monitor student performance and provide academic support
- Maintain discipline and a positive classroom environment
- Follow school policies, schedules, and academic guidelines
- Coordinate with school staff, management, and parents when required
- Participate in school activities, meetings, and events
Subject-Specific Skills Required
- Strong knowledge of Mathematics concepts and problem-solving techniques
- Ability to explain concepts clearly using effective teaching methods
- Skills in lesson planning, assessment, and exam preparation
- Classroom management and student engagement skills
- Basic computer/IT skills for teaching and reporting
Requirements
- Punctual, responsible, and professional in approach
- Good communication skills in English and/or Hindi
- Willingness to learn and adapt to school processes
- Ready to attend interview, demo (if applicable),and probation period
Qualification & Experience
- Minimum Qualification: Bachelor’s Degree
- Professional Qualification: B.Ed (Mandatory)
- Experience: Minimum 5 years
Salary & Benefits
- Salary: ₹26,000 – ₹38,000 per month (based on qualification and experience)
