Thakurganj Shishu Vidya Niketan invites applications for the position of Activity Teacher at our campus located in Main Rd, Udragori, Bihar (PIN Code: 855116). We are seeking a creative and energetic educator to conduct co-curricular and activity-based learning sessions.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan and conduct various school activities such as art, music, dance, and games
- Encourage student participation in co-curricular and extracurricular activities
- Organize events, competitions, and cultural programs
- Maintain discipline and a positive, engaging environment
- Support overall personality development of students
- Follow school policies, schedules, and guidelines
- Coordinate with school staff, management, and parents when required
- Participate in school activities, meetings, and events
Subject-Specific Skills Required
- Skills in art, craft, music, dance, or other creative activities
- Ability to engage students in interactive and activity-based learning
- Event planning and coordination skills
- Classroom and activity management skills
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Basic computer skills (preferred)
Requirements
- Punctual, responsible, and professional in approach
- Good communication skills in English and/or Hindi
- Willingness to learn and adapt to school processes
- Ready to attend interview, demo (if applicable),and probation period
Qualification & Experience
- Minimum Qualification: Bachelor’s Degree
- Experience: Minimum 3 years
Salary & Benefits
- Salary: ₹17,000 – ₹30,000 per month (based on qualification and experience)
