Vice Principal

Key Responsibilities

• Assist the Principal in managing daily school operations
• Ensure implementation of school policies, rules, and academic standards
• Supervise teaching staff and monitor classroom performance
• Maintain discipline and a positive school environment
• Coordinate with teachers, students, parents, and management
• Plan and oversee academic programs and school activities
• Ensure timely completion of administrative and academic tasks

Required Skills

Leadership & Administrative Skills:

• Strong leadership and team management skills
• Ability to handle school administration and operations efficiently

Academic Skills:

• Strong understanding of curriculum planning and academic supervision
• Ability to guide and mentor teachers

Additional Skills:

• Computer proficiency (MS Office, school management systems)
• Problem-solving and decision-making skills

Communication Skills:

• Excellent communication in English / Hindi / Both

Requirements

• Punctual, responsible, and professional approach
• Ability to manage staff and students effectively
• Willingness to adapt to school processes
• Ready to attend interview, demo (if applicable),and probation period

Qualification & Experience

• Minimum Qualification: Master’s Degree
• Professional Qualification: B.Ed, M.Ed, CTET, STET
• Experience: Minimum 10 years

Salary & Benefits

• Salary: ₹40,000 – ₹65,000 per month (based on qualification and experience)
