NTT (Nursery Trained Teacher)
Key Responsibilities
- Teach pre-primary / nursery students using activity-based methods
- Plan and deliver engaging lessons for early childhood development
- Maintain a safe, caring, and positive classroom environment
- Develop basic skills like reading, writing, numbers, and social behavior
- Monitor and assess student progress regularly
- Coordinate with parents and provide feedback on child development
- Participate in school activities, events, and meetings
Required Skills
Subject-Specific Skills:
- Strong Early Childhood Education skills
- Knowledge of phonics, basic numeracy, and child development
- Ability to use play-way and activity-based teaching methods
Additional Skills:
- Creativity in storytelling, rhymes, and classroom activities
- Basic Computer skills (digital learning tools, presentations)
- Classroom management and child-handling skills
Communication Skills:
- Good communication in English / Hindi / Both
Requirements
- Punctual, responsible, and professional approach
- Patience and positive attitude towards young children
- Willingness to learn and adapt to school processes
- Ready to attend interview, demo (if applicable),and probation period
Qualification & Experience
- Minimum Qualification: Bachelor’s Degree
- Professional Qualification: D.El.Ed

Salary & Benefits
- Salary: ₹15,000 – ₹25,000 per month (based on qualification and experience)
