TGT Hindi and English Teacher

Key Responsibilities

• Teach Hindi and English to middle school classes effectively
• Plan and deliver lessons as per CBSE curriculum
• Develop students’ reading, writing, grammar, and comprehension skills
• Maintain classroom discipline and a positive learning environment
• Assess student performance and provide constructive feedback
• Coordinate with school staff, management, and parents
• Participate in school activities, meetings, and events

Required Skills

Subject-Specific Skills:

• Strong Hindi language skills (grammar, literature, writing, comprehension)
• Strong English language skills (grammar, vocabulary, literature, communication)
• Ability to improve students’ reading, writing, and speaking skills

Additional Skills:

• Classroom management and lesson planning skills
• Basic Computer skills (MS Word, presentations, digital teaching tools)

Communication Skills:

• Good communication in English / Hindi / Both

Requirements

• Punctual, responsible, and professional approach
• Ability to handle middle school students effectively
• Willingness to learn and adapt to school processes
• Ready to attend interview, demo (if applicable),and probation period

Qualification & Experience

• Minimum Qualification: Bachelor’s Degree
• Professional Qualification: B.Ed
• Experience: Minimum 5 years

Salary & Benefits

• Salary: ₹27,000 – ₹40,000 per month (based on qualification and experience)
