PRT All Subjects Teacher
Key Responsibilities
- Teach all primary subjects (English, Mathematics, EVS, Hindi, etc.) effectively
- Plan and deliver lessons as per CBSE curriculum
- Develop students’ basic concepts, reading, writing, and numeracy skills
- Maintain classroom discipline and a positive learning environment
- Assess student performance and provide regular feedback
- Coordinate with school staff, management, and parents
- Participate in school activities, meetings, and events
Required Skills
Subject-Specific Skills:
- Strong foundation in primary-level subjects (English, Maths, EVS, Hindi)
- Ability to teach basic numeracy, literacy, and environmental concepts
- Skill in activity-based and child-centered teaching methods
Additional Skills:
- Classroom management and lesson planning skills
- Basic Computer skills (MS Word, presentations, digital teaching tools)
Communication Skills:
- Good communication in English / Hindi / Both
Requirements
- Punctual, responsible, and professional approach
- Ability to handle primary students effectively
- Willingness to learn and adapt to school processes
- Ready to attend interview, demo (if applicable),and probation period
Qualification & Experience
- Minimum Qualification: Bachelor’s Degree
- Professional Qualification: D.El.Ed
- Experience: Minimum 5 years
Salary & Benefits
- Salary: ₹20,000 – ₹35,000 per month (based on qualification and experience)
