PGT Teacher (Accountancy, Business Studies & Science)
Key Responsibilities (Role-Based Format)
Academic Responsibilities:
- Teach Accountancy, Business Studies, and Science to senior classes as per CBSE curriculum
- Plan structured lesson plans and deliver effective classroom teaching
- Prepare students for board examinations and competitive assessments
Student Development:
- Develop analytical, conceptual, and problem-solving skills in students
- Monitor academic progress and provide regular feedback
- Support overall student growth and learning outcomes
Classroom & School Management:
- Maintain discipline and a positive classroom environment
- Follow school policies, schedules, and academic guidelines
- Ensure timely completion of syllabus and assigned tasks
Coordination & Participation:
- Coordinate with teachers, management, and parents
- Participate in meetings, school activities, and academic events
- Contribute to curriculum planning and school development initiatives
Required Skills
Subject-Specific Skills:
- Strong knowledge of Accountancy (financial accounting, bookkeeping)
- Strong understanding of Business Studies (management, business concepts)
- Strong Science subject knowledge (as per teaching requirements)
Additional Skills:
- Lesson planning and classroom management skills
- Computer proficiency (MS Office, digital teaching tools)
- Analytical and problem-solving abilities
Communication Skills:
- Excellent communication in English / Hindi / Both
Requirements
- Punctual, responsible, and professional approach
- Strong subject expertise and teaching ability
- Willingness to learn and adapt to school processes
- Ready to attend interview, demo (if applicable),and probation period
Qualification & Experience
- Minimum Qualification: Master’s Degree
- Professional Qualification: B.Ed, M.Ed
- Experience: Minimum 10 years
Salary & Benefits
- Salary: ₹45,000 – ₹65,000 per month (based on qualification and experience)
