PGT Science Faculty
Key Responsibilities (Structured Format)
Academic Responsibilities:
- Teach Science subjects (Physics, Chemistry, Biology as applicable) to senior secondary classes
- Plan and deliver lessons as per curriculum requirements
- Prepare students for board examinations and competitive exams
Classroom Management:
- Maintain discipline and a positive classroom environment
- Ensure timely completion of syllabus and assigned work
- Conduct assessments and evaluate student performance
Student Development:
- Build conceptual clarity and analytical thinking in students
- Guide students in practicals, experiments, and projects
- Provide academic mentoring and support
Coordination & School Activities:
- Coordinate with staff, management, and parents
- Participate in meetings, school events, and academic programs
- Follow school policies, schedules, and guidelines
Required Skills
Subject-Specific Skills:
- Strong knowledge of Science subjects (Physics, Chemistry, Biology)
- Ability to explain concepts clearly and effectively
- Practical and laboratory handling skills
Additional Skills:
- Lesson planning and classroom management skills
- Computer proficiency (MS Office, digital teaching tools)
- Analytical and problem-solving abilities
Communication Skills:
- Good communication in English / Hindi / Both
Requirements
- Punctual, responsible, and professional approach
- Strong subject expertise and teaching ability
- Willingness to learn and adapt to school processes
- Ready to attend interview, demo (if applicable),and probation period
Qualification & Experience
- Minimum Qualification: Master’s Degree
- Professional Qualification: B.Ed, M.Ed, CTET, STET
- Experience: Minimum 10 years
Salary & Benefits
- Salary: ₹45,000 – ₹70,000 per month (based on qualification and experience)
