Position

TGT Language Teacher

Key Responsibilities (Structured Format)

Academic Responsibilities:

• Teach language subjects (Hindi / English / other as applicable) to middle school classes
• Plan and deliver lessons as per curriculum guidelines
• Develop students’ reading, writing, grammar, and communication skills

Classroom Management:

• Maintain discipline and a positive learning environment
• Ensure timely completion of syllabus and assignments
• Conduct regular assessments and evaluate student performance

Student Development:

• Improve students’ speaking, listening, reading, and writing abilities
• Encourage participation in debates, storytelling, and language activities
• Provide guidance and feedback for overall language development

Coordination & School Activities:

• Coordinate with teachers, management, and parents
• Participate in meetings, school events, and academic programs
• Follow school policies, schedules, and guidelines

Required Skills

Subject-Specific Skills:

• Strong command over language (grammar, literature, comprehension)
• Ability to improve students’ communication and writing skills
• Knowledge of teaching methodologies for language development

Additional Skills:

• Classroom management and lesson planning skills
• Basic Computer skills (MS Office, digital teaching tools)

Communication Skills:

• Good communication in English / Hindi / Both

Requirements

• Punctual, responsible, and professional approach
• Ability to handle middle school students effectively
• Willingness to learn and adapt to school processes
• Ready to attend interview, demo (if applicable),and probation period

Qualification & Experience

• Minimum Qualification: Bachelor’s Degree
• Professional Qualification: B.Ed
• Experience: Minimum 5 years

Salary & Benefits

• Salary: ₹25,000 – ₹35,000 per month (based on qualification and experience)
