PTI (Physical Training Instructor) – Male/Female
Key Responsibilities (Structured Format)
Sports & Physical Education:
- Conduct physical training sessions and sports activities for students
- Promote fitness, health, and physical well-being among students
- Train students in various indoor and outdoor sports
Student Development:
- Develop students’ physical strength, discipline, and teamwork skills
- Prepare students for sports competitions and events
- Encourage participation in games and physical activities
Discipline & Safety:
- Maintain discipline during sports periods and activities
- Ensure safety measures during games and physical exercises
- Monitor students’ physical activities and prevent injuries
Coordination & School Activities:
- Organize sports events, annual sports day, and competitions
- Coordinate with school staff and management
- Participate in school meetings, events, and activities
- Follow school policies, schedules, and guidelines
Required Skills
Subject-Specific Skills:
- Strong knowledge of physical education and sports training
- Ability to train students in multiple sports and fitness activities
- Knowledge of exercise routines, drills, and sports rules
Additional Skills:
- Leadership and team management skills
- Basic first aid and injury management knowledge
- Basic Computer skills (records, reports, event planning)
Communication Skills:
- Good communication in English / Hindi / Both
Requirements
- Punctual, responsible, and professional approach
- Physically fit and active
- Ability to motivate and manage students effectively
- Willingness to learn and adapt to school processes
- Ready to attend interview, demo (if applicable),and probation period
Qualification & Experience
- Minimum Qualification: Bachelor’s Degree
- Professional Qualification: B.P.Ed / M.P.Ed
- Experience: Minimum 5 years
Salary & Benefits
- Salary: ₹20,000 – ₹40,000 per month (based on qualification and experience)
