Curriculum Developer
Key Responsibilities (Structured Format)
Curriculum Planning & Development:
- Design and develop curriculum frameworks as per board guidelines
- Prepare lesson plans, academic content, and teaching resources
- Align curriculum with learning objectives and educational standards
Academic Support:
- Assist teachers in implementing curriculum effectively
- Review and improve teaching methodologies and academic materials
- Ensure quality and consistency in academic delivery
Assessment & Evaluation:
- Develop assessment strategies, question papers, and evaluation tools
- Monitor student learning outcomes and suggest improvements
- Analyze academic performance data for curriculum enhancement
Coordination & Implementation:
- Coordinate with teachers, management, and academic teams
- Conduct training sessions and workshops for staff
- Participate in academic planning, meetings, and school activities
- Follow school policies, schedules, and guidelines
Required Skills
Role-Specific Skills:
- Strong knowledge of curriculum design and academic planning
- Understanding of CBSE/board guidelines and educational frameworks
- Ability to develop structured academic content
Additional Skills:
- Research and analytical skills
- Computer proficiency (MS Office, content development tools)
- Attention to detail and organizational skills
Communication Skills:
- Good communication in English / Hindi / Both

Qualification & Experience
- Minimum Qualification: Master’s Degree
- Professional Qualification: B.Ed, M.Ed, CTET
- Experience: Minimum 10 years
Salary & Benefits
- Salary: ₹30,000 – ₹50,000 per month (based on qualification and experience)
