TGT Computer Science Teacher
Key Responsibilities (Structured Format)
Academic Responsibilities:
- Teach Computer Science to middle school classes as per curriculum
- Plan and deliver lessons on programming, fundamentals, and applications
- Conduct practical sessions in the computer lab
Classroom & Lab Management:
- Maintain discipline and a positive learning environment
- Ensure proper usage and maintenance of computer lab resources
- Complete syllabus and assignments on time
Student Development:
- Develop students’ logical thinking and problem-solving skills
- Guide students in projects, coding activities, and digital learning
- Encourage participation in computer-related competitions
Coordination & School Activities:
- Coordinate with staff, management, and parents
- Participate in school meetings, events, and academic programs
- Follow school policies, schedules, and guidelines
Required Skills
Subject-Specific Skills:
- Strong knowledge of Computer Science fundamentals
- Basic programming skills (such as Python, Java, or similar)
- Knowledge of MS Office, internet applications, and basic hardware
Additional Skills:
- Classroom and lab management skills
- Ability to handle practical teaching effectively
- Problem-solving and analytical thinking
Communication Skills:
- Good communication in English / Hindi / Both
Requirements
- Punctual, responsible, and professional approach
- Ability to handle middle school students effectively
- Willingness to learn and adapt to school processes
- Ready to attend interview, demo (if applicable),and probation period
Qualification & Experience
- Minimum Qualification: Bachelor’s Degree
- Professional Qualification: B.Ed
- Experience: Minimum 5 years
Salary & Benefits
- Salary: ₹20,000 – ₹35,000 per month (based on qualification and experience)
